This edition of the Master Team Coach HURACT will see the joint participation of HURACT Business School and TELE'DRAMA International.

This program is designed to train qualified online team coaches for organizational contexts. It leverages TELE'DRAMA's innovative methods and HURACT's corporate training.

Drawing inspiration from the GROW model (Whitmore, 2010), our method integrates advanced team coaching techniques. You will learn to apply some techniques from action methods (sociometry, sociodrama, role reversal, double), techniques from third-generation cognitive sciences (positive psychology, humanistic psychology) and business methodologies (SMART-S method, decision matrix, SWOT analysis) to facilitate high-impact team coaching.

The course teaches you to analyze, interpret and intervene in group dynamics using the most modern evidence-based approaches. These tools will provide you with unique skills for managing organizational objectives.

The course provides hands-on lessons, commented demonstrations, and downloadable step-by-step guides, allowing students to apply the concepts learned immediately.

In addition, the program explores artificial intelligence both as a learning tool for team coaching and as a complement to your interventions in the field.

PsyD, Senior Trainer and Coach, HURACT Roberto Bonanomi

Roberto is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background, including an MSc in Occupational Psychology & Research from the University of London, Birkbeck, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Milan, and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Trieste. With over 15 years of experience in Digital/IT companies and 15+ years of experience in training, coaching, and psychotherapy, Roberto brings a unique combination of skills to the table. As the founder, director, and principal instructor of the master in Organisational Coaching at the Palo Alto School from 2012 to 2013 and from 2013 to 2014, Roberto demonstrated his ability to develop and lead successful coaching programs. Roberto is the leader of the Special Interest Group ACT for the Organisation in Italy. Roberto teaches how to apply psychological and technological methods to achieve incredible performance, making him a valuable asset to any organisation looking to improve its practices.

PHD, TEP Daniela Simmons

Daniela Simmons, PhD, TEP is international trainer & supervisor, the creator of the Tele'Drama method and the founder and director of the International Tele'Drama Institute which has already welcomed thousands of people, from 82 countries. Dr. Simmons is the 2022 ASGPP recipient of the Innovator's Award for the creation of Tele'Drama. Established in 1994, the Innovator's Award is presented to a member of the ASGPP whose work significantly and in new directions extends the applications or methods of psychodrama, sociometry and/or group psychotherapy. Dr. Simmons is the current President of the American Society in Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (ASGPP). Her professional experience, both in Europe and the US, is in educational, research, and consultancy work in the social sciences and mental health. She received training on the psychoanalysis of group relations in organizations at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, headquartered in London. She has been utilizing action methods sessions since 1995 in Europe and since 2005 in the US.
