General rules
Licensing and Enrollment Duration
Each license is registered to a single individual (license holder), identified by name or email. It is non-transferable.
The courses are for individual use only. Group use is strictly prohibited.
Each course has a limited enrollment duration, typically 60 days from activation, unless specified by a commercial offer.
The license holder can access course content multiple times within the enrollment period.
Restrictions on Use
Course materials, methods, and tools are strictly for personal use. They cannot be used to create, deliver, or support training for others, either internally or externally, without prior written consent from HURACT.
Sharing or distributing course materials, methods, and tools to anyone other than the license holder is prohibited.
Downloadable materials provided with the course are for the sole use of the license holder and may not be shared with third parties.
Only individuals who complete and are certified through HURACT's Train to Train program can use course content to train others.
Any unauthorized use of course materials will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.
No Warranty
Materials are provided “as I" without express or implied warranties or conditions.
Using provided Excel, Word, and PowerPoint templates requires intermediate knowledge of Office tools. Assistance or help desk services beyond what is covered in the course lessons are not provided.
Modifications to Services and Prices
Prices are subject to change. HURACT is not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Rules for customers-organisations (B2B)
In a B2B relationship, the HURACT customer is an organisation that purchases and distributes licenses to its members.
The Focal Point (FP).
The client organisation will indicate the name of its internal Focal Point (FP) to HURACT. The FP will coordinate with HURACT concerning various activities, as explained below.
Course progress report.
At the request of FP, HURACT communicates a CSV file containing the progress of the organisation's people at a maximum monthly frequency.
End-user support
The FP will collect potential issues and support requests from the organisation's users. HURACT does not interface with the end user; it only interfaces with the FP. The FP must ensure that any malfunctions are reproducible so that HURACT can diagnose them.
Any request for intervention that engages HURACT will be invoiced to the customer at a minimum fee of 100 CHF/hour unless this is attributable to a technical malfunction (BUG) or an error in the course content.
Extension of products and services
The customer organisation can request other services or products complementary to the acquired licenses, for example:
- Help Desk services with service levels.
- Support and training on the use of the platform.
- Support for internal communication activities.
- Etc.
Such requests will be subject to a separate offer from HURACT.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that HURACT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall HURACT or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonableattorneys'attorneys'ee by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on a" ”as i " "a "ai" l " basis "without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
HURACT does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
HURACT does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
HURACT does not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.
In no event willHURACT'ssaHURACT'ss liability for all claims of any kind, including any claims arising out of or related to this agreement, whether by statute, contract, tort, or under any other theory of liability, exceed the lesser of the fees paid by you for the services hereunder during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose or 100CHF.
