Drawing inspiration from the 1:1 GROW coaching model (Whitmore, 2010), our method integrates advanced coaching techniques for maximum effectiveness. Learn to apply action methods (sociometry, role-reversal, psychodrama) and insights from third-wave cognitive science (positive psychology, humanistic psychology) to facilitate impactful coaching. The course emphasizes evidence-based approaches to organizational coaching, focusing on Expectancy Theory and Goal Setting Theory. These scientific models equip you with unique tools for managing organizational objectives, a skill not commonly found in other coaching courses. Roberto is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background, including an MSc in Occupational Psychology & Research from the University of London, Birkbeck, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Milan, and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Trieste. With over 15 years of experience in Digital/IT companies and 15+ years of experience in training, coaching, and psychotherapy, Roberto brings a unique combination of skills to the table. As the founder, director, and principal instructor of the master in organizational coaching at the Palo Alto School in 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, Roberto demonstrated his ability to develop and lead successful coaching programs. Roberto teaches how to apply psychological and technological methods to achieve incredible performance, making him a valuable asset to any organization looking to improve its practices.

PHD, TEP Daniela Simmons

Daniela Simmons, PhD, TEP is international trainer & supervisor, the creator of the Tele'Drama method and the founder and director of the International Tele'Drama Institute which has already welcomed thousands of people, from 82 countries. Dr. Simmons is the 2022 ASGPP recipient of the Innovator's Award for the creation of Tele'Drama. Established in 1994, the Innovator's Award is presented to a member of the ASGPP whose work significantly and in new directions extends the applications or methods of psychodrama, sociometry and/or group psychotherapy. Dr. Simmons is the current President of the American Society in Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (ASGPP). Her professional experience, both in Europe and the US, is in educational, research, and consultancy work in the social sciences and mental health. She received training on the psychoanalysis of group relations in organizations at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, headquartered in London. She has been utilizing action methods sessions since 1995 in Europe and since 2005 in the US.
