Become a Master Mental Fitness PLAN™ Coach

The Mental Fitness PLAN™ HURACT® (Bonanomi, Lees-Bell, 2024) is an exclusive HURACT model designed to assess and develop an individual's level of Mental Fitness. Based on the integration of ACT (in its non-clinical sense), Positive Psychology, and traditional coaching, it offers a comprehensive and scientifically based approach to individual coaching.

By attending this course, participants will be officially certified to use the Mental Fitness PLAN in their coaching work, earning the Master in Mental Fitness PLAN™ Coach HURACT® qualification, which only HURACT, the intellectual property of the model, can award.

Who can participate?

The Mental Fitness PLAN™ is an advanced course designed for professionals who already have a solid understanding of coaching practices. Those who have not yet acquired these basic skills can attend our Certified Online Coaching Master Course, which provides the foundation needed to approach the Mental Fitness PLAN™ successfully.

The course integrates self-paced lessons, interactive experiential workshops, and an online community for a comprehensive and dynamic learning experience.

  • On-demand, self-paced lessons.

    Concise 10-15 minute videos, interactive quizzes, readings, and various multimedia content, for a total of over 15 hours of training. Access the lessons anytime, anywhere, on any device, adhering to the microlearning model. Demonstrations in Italian and English.

  • Interactive experiential workshops.

    Six interactive workshops, each 2.5 hours long, for a total of 15 hours of experiential learning in a multicultural environment. Apply what you've learned in the on-demand lessons to real-world contexts.

Roberto is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background, including an MSc in Occupational Psychology & Research from the University of London, Birkbeck, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Milan, and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Trieste. With over 15 years of experience in Digital/IT companies and 15+ years of experience in training, coaching, and psychotherapy, Roberto brings a unique combination of skills to the table. As the founder, director, and principal instructor of the master in Organisational Coaching at the Palo Alto School from 2012 to 2013 and from 2013 to 2014, Roberto demonstrated his ability to develop and lead successful coaching programs. Roberto is the leader of the Special Interest Group ACT for the Organisation in Italy. Roberto teaches how to apply psychological and technological methods to achieve incredible performance, making him a valuable asset to any organisation looking to improve its practices.
